Are work visa's considered a good form of customer identification and if not what else can be utilized from the customer? No driver's license.

We do not. I've personally never seen a new accour procedure/teller policy that allowed those as a primary ID.

We also do not allow work visas to be a form of identification.

Does the person have an alien registration card? Passport? Does the person have a TIN? If so, what did the person give to the IRS as proof of identity?
