What is required for CIP on a Corporate Account? vs. LLC? vs. Sole Proprietor account?

I know my policy should mirror the practice. I see the examiners guidance, but can not clearly identify in writing what is required specifically for each type of business account, starting with these three. Any link you can provide?? Many thanks!

I have created a business documentation checklist for each type of business and when someone opens an account, the customer service person is required to gather all the documents on the list and check them off as they are received.
