Many states have laws that provide that banks may allow surviving account holders to make withdrawals after the death of an account holder (even if the account is without a right of survivorship). It appears that Florida does not have a similar law. Is that correct? Thanks.

I assume then that banks protect themselves through their rules and reg's then?
