Have you checked with your state's banking organization - ie Indenpendent Banker's Assn of Texas or Texas Banker's Association?

I've never had much luck finding seminars in New Mexico, unfortunately. The Texas Bankers Association is holding a good one-day seminar on "Hot Topics in BSA/AML Compliance in Lubbock on September 13th, though. That might help! If you're on the east side of the state, it's as close to you as Albuquerque. If you're closer to Albuquerque, it's a quick Southwest flight away!
