I was just wondering if anyone out there uses FacFilter for OFAC and if so have you had any trouble with the new version? I have had nothing but problems since the beginning. I was able to run one scan, but now it wont work again and hasnt been working for about a month. I have been the middle man for TFP and our IT departments pointing the finger conversations through it all. Anyone feel my pain?

We are using and are experiencing no problems.

We finally got it working again. It only took a month. I should have say though that I think our IT guys changed something that messed it up in the first place.
