This is a technical question for someone like Don Narup.

I am trying to figure out the % of Low to Mod families in the Asssesment area which the regulators will use in the CRA evaluations.

However, the best I may able to do is by household.
I am using the Block Group Low Mod Estimates for Virginia http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpd/systems/census/lowmod/va/index.cfm
which shows a field HU00 for housing units. This I would think would include both non-family and family. HHMOD field is for moderate housing (<80%) for both family and non-family units. If I place HHMOD over HU00 would I obtain the figure that examiners use ? Is there a better source to get this information. Thanks
