Can anyone tell me if 314(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act applies to MSBs? I know MSBs fall into the definition of a Financial Institution but I have not seen any guidance that specifically says that they must set up a contact, review their records for the previous 12 months, etc.

For information on 314(a) you should probably ask as a registered user.
