Can we post the notice in the lobby or does the notice have to be in the office where the account is opened? This is the notice that states we will ask for name, address, birthdate, etc. Thank you!

It should be where accounts can be opened. BUT it also needs to be given to those new customers who have requested to be joint on an account and are not present at the time the account is being opened.
