Have searched the threads for an answer but instead have more even questions. Hope one of you can point me in the right direction.

--If using an abbreviated Servicing Transfer Statement it must be given in conjuntion with the GFE. Seems that everyone is including it on the GFE. I can provide it simultaneously, is this good enough?

--It is only the Servcing Transfer portion of the Mortgage Servicing Disclosure that was changed? In other words, still have complaint resolution sections, etc.

--Where would I find EGRPRA (1996), Section 2103.

Thanks ever so much.

1. Yes.

2. Only the requirements for the STD changed, not the Mortgage Servicing Transfer Disclosure.

3. Not sure if this is what you want but it comes from a Google search; click here .
