I was wondering if there is a church that wants to do improvements and repairs to it, would that be CRA reportable? I don't know if that is considered construction because the call report code they have is a 1A0. Thanks in advance!

To be reportable as a Small Business Loan, the loan should should meet definations of 1E and 4A Call Codes.

It would not be reportable if classified as 1A.

Construction also can be "additions or alterations to existing structures" as defined in 1A. It sounds like it was call coded correctly, and definately would not be reportable.
