I know you know this but for the life of me I can't remember - individual contract - safe deposit box - spouse wants to enter box / has death CD -- I think the only things she can remove at this time is (1) a will - if there is one and (2) deed to cemetary plot. I think an officer and vault attendent must witness.

Question: does any one have a form for box content entry under these circumstances? What's the web sit for the NJ safe deposit box assoc? Thanks for your help. PS she also wants life insurance policy - is this a no no?
