We are regulated by OTS. If our main office location is changed I know we would have to re-establish the assessment area to be in the new location but would we have to notify OTS of that change? The OTS activities handbook section states we do not need to notify them of a address change but I found a form # 1450 dated March 2004 that indicates on page 2 that we would have to when applying for permission to change the location of a home office. I'm confused. Can anyone clear this up for me?

For CRA purposes, you just have to update your file, and then on your annual filing, file accordingly (or have the CRA file updated when the exam rolls around). But I believe there are forms that need to be filled out for other purposes when a relocation takes place. We always have had to do so as an OCC bank, not for CRA, but for the other folks out there watching us
