I am trying to print out a complete disclosure statement for a specific MSA, and I'm having some problems. When I click the "Print All" button, all the reports come out, but none of them have report headings. If I print the reports individually (which would take forever) the report headings are there.

Is anyone else having this problem...or could it simply be the program user?!

I had the same problem - I ended up printing the individual reports.

Combine this thread with the other 2004 A&D thread and you could print one the long way and print out others as needed (never are) depending on which MSA the request came from (if ever).
