I am putting together a package of CRA materials for my lenders and was wondering if anyone had a sample CRA Guide that they can quickly glance at for reference, that they can share?

Check out the CRA Loan Data Collection Grid provided by the Dallas Fed. It's a quick guide. Dallas Fed
