Hello , you have to specify a room for their files you can organize customers files by account no and by serialing them from smaller to the bigger ac no every employee is responsible of a specific kind of accounts to do their filing no one except the authorized personell enter filing room any missing , unfiled or misfiled papers is the employee responsibilities hope this help .

I'm talking about audit procedures, but I also wanted to know if banks are still actively safekeeping items for customers and what their procedures are (i.e. dual control, forms, requirement of customer(s) signature(s) for placing and removing items from safekeeping.)
