We have quite a few situations in our branches in which a customer comes in to inquire about a non-residential consumer loan and would like a sheet provided to them with estimated fees, rate, and payment information. We use LaserPro for our consumer loan documentation but it is centralized. So, the loan officers in the branches are looking for a way to provide this information (and we would like them to be disclosing things properly). Currently, they are handing them a piece of paper with hand-written information that does not include APRs, etc. It is not cost-effective for us to have LaserPro available to all of the loan officers. Does anyone know of another less expensive option to have available at the branches?
