A clarification please, are there any fees whatsoever on a Commerical deal, whether secured by real estate or not, where any fees,ie.flood, that would be included in an APR...

Business purpose loans are exempt from the disclosure requirements of Reg. Z. There is no requirement to disclose an APR for a business purpose loan.
