According to today's edition of Fed Flash, the Office of Personnel Management is changing the number of days before Settlement Date that it deposits its ACH payment files into the ACH system.

Effective with pay dates on October 1, the OPM file will be deposited with the ACH system three days prior to settlement date, instead of four.

That may mean that banks receive their OPM ACH payment data for warehousing one day later than they do now.

Unless your bank makes these payments available to customers before the settlement date, this change shouldn't affect your customer service.
