We have decided to have different dollar limitations for ATM and debit cards. ATM cards will have a lower withdrawal and POS limit than debit cards. Does our Reg E disclosure have to show the limits for both types of cards? We use a Bankers Systems electronic form with limited free form space.

Yes, you must disclose all rules, restrictions, pricing, etc that apply to your electronic banking access - be it ACH, debit cards, ATM cards, etc

ยง205.7(b)(4)The type of electronic fund transfers that the consumer may make and any limitations on the frequency and dollar amount of transfers. Details of the limitations need not be disclosed if confidentiality is essential to maintain the security of the electronic fund transfer
system.
