We have an ins. sub. On the bank home page we list FDIC, etc. on the bottom. When customers click on the ins. sub. the FDIC notice still appears on the pages devoted to the sub. product descriptions, etc. Is this a violation...should we have the famous disclaimer appear at the bottom of every page?

If you are advertising the insurance sub as being FDIC insured, you should certainly change it. Remove the notice.

Are you using frames, or CSS? (Just wondering.)
