How are most banks handling the notification and education of your customer base of the Multi-Factor Authentication... Are you notifying your customer base-by email? by snailmail? or notifiction on the website?

We about a $9 billion bank and we are planning to use all three types of notification, starting with stuf on our web site. A concern has been raised about our commercial customers and whether this will be perceived as more work and less service. Not sure how we will deal with that yet.

Your vendor may also have both materials and advice. Metavante is providing a video that can be hosted on the web site and sample e-mail, regular mail and banner ad communication.

OK
We had a message on our online banking site. We sent letters with a reference guide to all online banking customers. We then put statement stuffers in all statements along with posters, etc. in the lobbies.
