My bank is served as a Garnishee on a Writ and I have sent in the answers to the interrogatories and placed a hold on the account for the full amount of the Writ plus fees. What happens when the customer make an additionally deposit to the account? I know the garnishment is attached to all property which comes into our possession from the date of service until the time a judgement is issued. Do we have to notify someone of the new account balance???

Our bank usually has our legal department handle all garnishments. Usually it is a legal action that a court sets the final actions.
