Are there specific regulations on how online bank statements should appear on a website? Looking for information concerning font size, information that must be provided, etc.

None that I have seen. There are often "clear and conspicuous" requirements but the user has a lot of control on what they see. So as long as your default is reasonable for the user, you should be fine.

Since the ESIGN consent process requires a test drive as part of each opt-in, customers can decide on legibility for themselves.
