We are going to begin to offer merchant capture to our business customers through FiServ, however, FiServ does not provide any of the disclosures for this product. A private company will sell these disclosures to us for $10,000!!!

Does anyone have any merchant capture disclosures they would be willing to share? I don't have the first clue as to what needs to be disclosed (I'm going to have to study up). Even if you don't have a copy I can look at, can you give me the names of the disclosures I should create?
