We are currently using S1 as our service provider. S1 does not support a program named Direct Connect for our Quicken and Quickbooks customers. In a former life we had access to Quicken and Quickbooks without the newly proposed licensing cost of $40,000.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this. We were thinking of changing service providers however it does not look like a short term solution.

Wow; I'm really surprised that S1 does not provide Direct Connect. It's generally considered a core feature (though at additional cost) for internet banking providers. It might be worth checking again.

If not, there may also be an option to purchase Direct Connect through your core account processing provider. It is not technically necessary to have Direct Connect through your internet provider (unlike Web Connect). Good luck.
