YHWB Gold Star Registered: 04/01/05 Posts: 407 Loc: Atlanta, Georgia	We are trying to develop a consistent standard to which to apply to all of our applicants for employment at our bank, that is fair but alos reduces the risk to the bank. Does anyone have a sample policy they would be willing to share?
