We are trying to develop a consistent standard to which to apply to all of our applicants for employment at our bank, that is fair but alos reduces the risk to the bank. Does anyone have a sample policy they would be willing to share?

Our bank's "unwritten" policy has been that if we wouldn't give a loan to an applicant, we won't hire them.
