Would the follow practice be prohibited by Reg. DD? An account that pay interest on balances up to a maximum dollar amount, and that interest will not be paid on the amount of the deposit that exeeds the maximum threshold, and these terms are clearly disclosed.

My understanding is that so long as you disclose the tiers in your advertising and TIS in compliance with Reg DD, it's ok.
