We are selling 3 branches to 2 different banks. We will forward items coming in after the sale for 60 days. One bank has agreed to pick up these items at our processing center the next morning but the other wants them expressed mailed.
When does the clock start ticking are the time for return - when we sort them out at our processing center and make them available or when the express mail reaches the bank that now owns the accounts?

You need to reference 12 CFR 229.30, .31. and .32 as well as the OSC.
