We are going to soon be able to allow our customers to see their credit card statements online. Do we need to have the FDIC logo on the statement page? I say no b/c credit cards are not insured by the FDIC but the powers that be want to know. Please help me on this one.

1. It isn't a deposit product.
2. They are existing customers so even it was a deposit, it isn't an advertisement (requiring disclosure) unless you are advertising another product on that statement.
