Can anyone tell me how long we are required to retain applications for access to Online Banking. We currently scan our applications into our report storing software, where they are housed permantly. We are just wondering if there is a need to hold onto the original applications.

If it were a paper application for a product or service, how long would you keep it? That is your answer. I don't know of a specific requirement otherwise.
