Should a fee that is assessed for additional withdrawals on savings account be noted on the fee schedule? The fee is noted on the TIS disclosure, but not additionally on the fee schedule, which is a separate form. Thanks.

As long as it is on the TIS Disclosure, you should be OK. (I assume you provide both the disclosure & fee schedule together)
