When making decisions on charging back returned items, if we decide to redeposit the check instead of charging back to the customer's account and hold the funds in the account to protect ourselves,does this re- deposit fall under Regulation CC (i.e. should we be sending a hold notice)? Sometimes we have held the funds to begin with and we want to extend the hold.
