I have a loan that is in a flood zone. Loan amount 340,400.00.

The property had a manufactued home, which I have flood insurance on for $250,000.00. In addition the property also has 5 20 x 88 corrugated metal buildings a small barn and 78 x 31 metal building. On the appraisl it stated outbuilding woth $65,000.00.

How much insurance do I need for these out building? Can I use the 65,000.00 and allocate this between the 7 building. Or do I need to get a break down of how much each of the building are worth and allocate using those amount?

Hope this makes sense.

If all 7 buildings are only valued at $65,000 then that is all the coverage you are required to obtain. Just remember you have to have a policy for each building and I would advise proportionately insuring the buildings for their value.
