I have a question regarding credit denials. Do you still need to do a turndown form if you only have 1 credit agency reporting a credit score vs. a tri-merge credit report? I'm thinking yes.

Thanks,
Stella

If a turn down form is referring to the Adverse Action Notice, or Notice of Action Taken form required by Reg B's 202.9, then it is always required for a denial. Doesn't matter if you used 0 credit reports or a 100 credit reports.
