Part of our new accounts process is to verify all potential customers to the OFAC prior to opening a new account. Is it necessary for documentation purposes to print out a copy of the screen on the OFAC site indicating "No Match" OR is it simply OK if the reviewer initials and dates the new account form indicating that the OFAC listing was verified. Any thoughts?

There is no requirement to print off anything showing that you have checked the SDN list. As long as you can be sure that the checks are being done, there is no problem with just an indication.
