Would anyone know if there are any lists put out by the DBF to remove individuals from working in a bank in Georgia? We know that the federal regulators do this but weren't sure if this is also done at the state level. Thank you.

I don't know that I've ever seen one in GA. I know they publish lists of mortgage companies/brokers that can't do business in GA any longer and MSBs who can't but have never seen a list of bankers.

I checked out their newsletters and other notices and don't see anything...and I've never seen anything in any other form from them.
