Along a similar line to a previous post...Our bank has offered an incentive for number of products sold and product to customer ratio for about 10 years. Until recently, our CSRs were responsible for simply keeping a list and submitting at the end of the month. About 6 months ago, it was requested to "automate" the sales numbers and ratios. I am able to export the number of deposit accounts from our core system, but am unable to export/automate any ancillary products they receive credit for-atm card, internet banking, check orders, etc. as these are all opened through different programs. I have the different departments responsible for these ancillary products entering data in the an excel spreadsheet that I export the deposit accounts into. Does anyone have a better method or is aware of any product that can eliminate this burden?
