If NACHA's 60 day rule only applies to consumer accounts, how should I proceed if I have a business customer disputing several ACH transactions from the same merchant (merchant services)?

The 60 day rule as I said applies only to consumers, business entities have 24 hours after the unauthorized activity takes place to return it as an unauthorized debit; after that the Bank is not liable. (NACHA)
