Is anyone aware of the ability to e-mail the revised SAR forms?
Just looking for an easier way to send the information.

Thanks

The only electronic means of submission (that I am aware of) is via PACS.

The only other electronic SAR is created used SAR software, and you can send it via mag media if you get a transmitter number.

I would not think emailing SAR's would be a good thing...considering the highly confidential nature or information they contain. That's about like the irony of 314a requests coming in over email...not exactly secure!

It is secure if you use PAC's. You are encouraged to do this with them.
