Form 1003 and Joint Intent

Question: Is Fannie Mae form 1003 adequate for Regulation B's intent of joint application for FDIC banks? ABA said it was, but did FDIC agree?

Answer: At the ABA's Regulatory Compliance Conference in Chicago (June 2004), all regulatory agencies said that a signed application was sufficient to provide evidence of intent to apply.
