Can We Copy the Credit Report to the Broker?

Question: As a lender, are we prohibited from providing a copy of the credit report we obtained to the broker who submitted the loan to us on behalf of the borrower?
Answer: If you do not have the applicant's written authorization to do so, yes [it is prohibited].
