One or Two Flood Determinations?

Question: We have a loan that is secured by two different addresses although they are adjoining lots and are not physically joined. Do I need one or two flood determinations?
Answer: If they are on the same parcel/lot then one determination will suffice, but if they are on adjoining parcels/lots then two determinations are required.
