RESPA - Loan on the Land, Not the Mobile Home

Question: We are doing a loan on some land that has a mobile home on it that the customer lives in, but we are not taking a lien on the mobile home. Do I have to give the RESPA disclosures?
Answer: If you do not have a security interest in the mobile home then RESPA does not apply.
