Question: How do you go about curing a right to rescission notice violation? Is there any cure for HOEPA violations such as refunding charges and re-writing the loan under Section-32 regulations?
Answer: There are opposing views about "curing" ROR notice violations, but I think the consensus is that it's a bell that can't be unrung.
