ROR – Undated Signature Line

Question: I have a rescission with a preprinted date, but the signature line remains undated. Does this leave the rescission period open?
Answer: Reg Z doesn't require that the rescission notice be signed, so not having the signature line dated does not leave the rescission period open as long as the notice meets the requirements of Reg Z section 226.23 (assuming this is closed-end credit).
