Showing a Bank as a DBA

Question: When doing a dba within a bank as a "division of XXX bank", does that phrase have to appear immediately under the dba name or only on the same page of any advertising?
Answer: We had this in my "prior life" and always showed it immediately under the name. It was added in as part of the logo in fact. This was to reduce or eliminate confusion over the bank's name, reputation, to show branding and also to satisfy FDIC naming issues since one charter equals one amount of protection.
