Question: Have you ever seen a financial product manual? We are developing a product manual and I'm not sure where to start in developing the template to use for each product.

Answer: We've developed a "catalog" of sorts as a promotional item - contact me and I'll send you a sample.

The first one of these I saw was BayBanks, back in the mid '80s. A very nice, slick, catalog of all bank products and services.
