Size of Equal Housing Logo In Ad

Question: I need to find information on how to determine the proper size for the Equal Housing Logo when used in a print or video ad.
Answer: Size was once contained in, as I recall, HUD regulations, which have since been dropped. Theses were extremely hard to follow because it seemed "the other guy" never did follow the guidance, so why should we. Now it is simply a matter of a viewable disclosure and even this depends on your regulator.
