Question: How do you determine the difference between a resident alien and a non-resident alien? What type of documentation will we need to determine the difference?
Answer: All resident aliens should be able to provide you with a Permanent Resident Card, which is also commonly referred to as a Green Card. If you would like to view a sample of the current green card being issued, you can look here.
